Home Health Aides

COMMONWEALTH HOME CARE’s Home Health Aides are available to you when you are receiving a qualifying skill (Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Skilled Nursing) under your physician’s order. Our Home Health Aides serve as part-time support for our patients who are unable to perform personal care functions on their own and have little caregiver assistance.
Home Health Aide Services include but are not limited to:

• Bathing assist
• Grooming assist
• Dressing assist
• Skin and hair care
• Ambulation and transfer assist
• Light meal preparation and feeding
• Light housekeeping
